Wolf-e Robotics: From SelectUSA to Romania–U.S. Partnerships

/ / Published in wolfe-en

July naturally continued the journey that began with Wolf-e Robotics’ participation in the SelectUSA Investment Summit in Washington, D.C., one of the world’s leading events dedicated to international investment and business development. Our participation in the summit, complemented by meetings hosted at the Embassy of Romania in Washington, with the support of Raiffeisen Bank Romania, opened new opportunities for dialogue and strengthened connections between the innovation ecosystems of Romania and the United States.

For Wolf-e Robotics, the United States is much more than a business destination. It is the world’s largest economy, one of the most competitive markets, and home to one of the strongest global ecosystems for research, technology, investment, and innovation. For a company developing robotic solutions for healthcare, being connected to this ecosystem means access to strategic partnerships, valuable know-how, and opportunities that can accelerate the transformation of technology developed in Romania into solutions with international impact.

Why Are We Focusing on the U.S. Market?

The United States is one of the world’s most dynamic markets for healthcare technologies. Hospitals, healthcare providers, research centers, and universities continuously invest in innovative solutions that improve patient safety and increase operational efficiency.

Wolf-e Robotics shares the same vision by developing robotic, automation, and UV-C technologies designed to reduce contamination risks while improving the traceability and efficiency of disinfection processes. Gaining recognition within such a competitive ecosystem represents an important milestone in our company’s international growth.

Back in Romania, we were pleased to continue these conversations during the U.S. Independence Day events organized by the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest and AmCham Romania. These gatherings naturally extended the relationships established in Washington and created new opportunities for collaboration between the Romanian and American innovation communities.

We had the honor of attending the U.S. Independence Day Reception hosted by the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest, an event that was part of the #Freedom250 celebrations, marking the 250th anniversary of the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence.

This year’s theme celebrated the values of freedom, innovation, and the enduring partnership between the United States and Romania—values that resonate strongly with Wolf-e Robotics and our international growth journey.

We were delighted to reconnect with valued partners and friends and to sign the Embassy’s Guest Book, a symbolic gesture marking our participation in an event dedicated to international dialogue and cooperation.

Signing the Guest Book at the U.S. Embassy represented another meaningful step in Wolf-e Robotics’ journey toward building international partnerships and strengthening our presence within the American innovation ecosystem. Beyond its symbolic significance, the moment also gave us the opportunity to reflect on how far we have come over the past few years. From developing our first robotic solutions to participating in international innovation programs, every milestone has been shaped by perseverance, continuous learning, and a commitment to collaboration.

Whether we are talking about a young company or a nation celebrating 250 years of history, progress is driven by the same core values: the freedom to innovate, curiosity, hard work, and the courage to turn ideas into reality.

These are the values that define Wolf-e Robotics. We believe that every meaningful innovation begins with an idea, grows through dedication, and becomes reality because people choose to believe in it.

We then continued the celebrations by attending the AmCham Romania 4th of July Party at the Diplomatic Club in Bucharest, one of the most anticipated gatherings of the Romanian-American business community. The relaxed garden party atmosphere, live music, informal conversations, and the spectacular drone, laser, and fireworks show created the perfect setting to reconnect with partners and friends. The evening concluded with an impressive fireworks display, bringing to a memorable close a celebration dedicated to community, collaboration, and the entrepreneurial spirit.

Innovation Begins with People and Communities

In technology, the most valuable opportunities often emerge beyond conference rooms. Informal conversations, the exchange of ideas, and interactions between entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, and innovators create the foundation for collaborations that can ultimately lead to products and projects with real impact. Events like these remind us that innovation is never the result of one individual or one company alone—it is built by communities united by a shared ambition to create better solutions.

Following our experience at the SelectUSA Investment Summit, we came to realize that every meeting is an opportunity to move forward. Some conversations evolve into strategic partnerships, others spark new ideas, and many simply reconnect us with people who share the same passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and shaping the future.

At Wolf-e Robotics, we see internationalization as a journey of building trust. Every meeting, every collaboration, and every project brings us one step closer to our goal: demonstrating that technology developed in Romania can help transform healthcare and create value on a global scale.

Economic ties between Romania and the United States continue to grow stronger year after year. In 2024, Romania exported goods worth more than €2.28 billion to the United States while importing approximately €1.31 billion, resulting in a trade surplus of nearly €1 billion. An increasing share of Romanian exports comes from high value-added industries, including electrical and electronic equipment, electric motors and generators, industrial equipment, and advanced technologies, highlighting the competitiveness of Romanian companies in one of the world’s largest consumer markets and leading economies.

Against this backdrop, for Wolf-e Robotics, strengthening relationships with American partners and participating in initiatives such as SelectUSA is a natural step in our international growth strategy and in our commitment to becoming part of one of the world’s most advanced technology and innovation ecosystems.

We believe Romania has all the ingredients to become a leading player in health technologies and robotics. The talent of Romanian engineers, our capacity for innovation, and strong international collaborations have the potential to transform locally developed ideas into solutions with global impact.

This is the vision that drives Wolf-e Robotics: to develop technologies that address real challenges in healthcare while demonstrating that Romanian innovation can successfully compete on the international stage.
