We are proud to share that our company, 100% Romanian, was honored with the award for setting a new benchmark in smart hygiene for public and private spaces, thanks to our autonomous mobile robot solutions.

Club Antreprenor – a magazine dedicated to entrepreneurship, culture, and education – organized on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, the 20th edition of the Club Antreprenor Gala, an event that also marked the launch of the 20th issue of the publication bearing the same name.
Approximately 90 guests attended the event — including entrepreneurs, consultants, representatives of professional associations and employers’ federations, NGOs, and journalists. The gala took place in Aula Carol I, at the Palace of the Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The decision to enter the smart UVC disinfection market stemmed from a combination of careful observation and strategic foresight. It wasn’t just a response to the pandemic, but a proactive step toward meeting the long-term demand for effective and autonomous hygiene solutions. We identified a market gap: manual disinfection is not only costly but also prone to error. By combining UVC technology with current systems, we aimed to radically improve the way hygiene is managed. Our goal was never to just sell devices — but to set a new standard for smart hygiene in both public and private spaces.
More than products, we offer integrated, subscription-based services that deliver predictability, real-time data, and full traceability. Through our innovative “clean air as a service” model, clients benefit from top-tier air purification without the burden of upfront investments. It’s a practical solution for schools, hospitals, medical offices, hotels, restaurants, offices, and commercial spaces — wherever health is no longer optional, but a daily responsibility.
Wolf-e Robotics: Growing Locally, Expanding Globally
In Romania, we continue to strengthen our market position through strategic partnerships with distributors and specialized integrators. To date, we’ve implemented our technologies in over 50 hospitals nationwide. The positive feedback from clients and end-users drives us to move forward and consolidate our status as Romania’s leader in autonomous disinfection solutions.
Internationally, we’ve started actively promoting our technologies at major global trade fairs, forging valuable connections with potential partners. With an estimated annual market growth of 19–34%, and relatively few active competitors, we are strongly motivated to export Romanian innovation and prove our capability to compete successfully on the global stage.
Strategic Innovation: New Business Verticals
Following the success of our autonomous robots and our experience in developing and operating a fleet of electric scooters, we are now moving toward the development of ground drones. These remotely operated and semi-autonomous vehicles are highly versatile and suitable for both civilian and defense applications, where speed and adaptability are critical. It’s a natural evolution for us, grounded in today’s needs and our accumulated technological expertise.
Key Business Lessons Learned
One of the most important lessons we’ve learned is that rapid adaptation is essential in an unpredictable market marked by inflation and rising costs. Clients value solutions that provide clear, measurable results. Continuous investment in innovation has helped us stay competitive, but it is our team that truly makes the difference. The people behind the technology are the ones who shape our success — and their development remains a top priority.
R&D Funding
So far, we have supported our research and development efforts entirely through self-financing and reinvested profits, viewing R&D as a vital strategic investment for the company. We have not accessed any EU-funded programs, although we have explored such opportunities. Ultimately, we concluded that these programs often involve bureaucratic and slow processes that could limit our flexibility to pivot or reposition quickly during implementation. Therefore, we chose to rely on internal resources that allow us to maintain full control over the direction and pace of our innovation.
Finding Opportunity in Global Chaos
In a world marked by uncertainty, entrepreneurs must be more agile than ever. Our first piece of advice: prioritize flexibility. Build business models that allow for rapid adaptation — whether in the face of supply chain disruptions or economic volatility. Diversifying markets and revenue streams can help reduce risks associated with regional instability.
Invest in technologies that address current needs and become essential during times of crisis. Maintain a financial buffer to absorb shocks, but don’t hesitate to innovate strategically, even in turbulent times — because opportunity often emerges from chaos.
Finally, invest in trust-based relationships with partners and clients; during times of pressure, loyalty and collaboration become invaluable assets. The courage to think long-term, combined with the ability to act swiftly in the present, is key to thriving in this environment.
